For added peace of mind, you will benefit from a ten year structural warranty via the NHBC. You will also benefit from a 2 year period of defects cover with the builder which commences from the point of sales completion.

All of our homes are built to the highest of NHBC technical requirements and abide by the Buildmark programme. Buildmark will detail the cover and insurance protections for particular types of defects and damage caused by defects to your newly built home.
